This position is with a well-established, multi-location dental organization that has served New Jersey communities for decades. Qualifications\n

Candidates must have at least 2 years of clinical experience. New graduates cannot be considered for this position.

• DDS or DMD degree from an accredited U.S. dental school
\n
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant in-office clinical experience
\n
• Active New Jersey dental license in good standing
\n
• Ability to become credentialed with commercial insurance carriers and government insurance programs
\n
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
\n
• Proficiency in comprehensive exams, treatment planning, preventative care, restorative dentistry, and general dental procedures
\n
• Strong critical-thinking, decision-making, active-listening, and complex problem-solving skills
\n
• Commitment to creating a caring, comfortable, and supportive environment for patients

Annual Compensation: $250,000–$300,000+
