Warehouse Pharmacist

Itasca, IL | 6-Month Contract

A pharmacy is looking for Pharmacists to support warehouse operations. This is a Monday–Friday position focused on medication distribution, inventory, compliance, and overall pharmacy operations.

Schedule

Monday–Friday | 10:30 AM–7:00 PM

Requirements
Active, clear Illinois Pharmacist License
Some knowledge of IV medications
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Key Responsibilities
Oversee medication receiving, storage, inventory, and distribution
Verify orders and ensure medications are properly prepared for shipment
Maintain compliance with USP and state/federal regulations
Supervise pharmacy technicians
Manage controlled substances and required documentation
Perform inventory counts, reconciliation, and quality audits
Coordinate with compounding, purchasing, nursing, and operations teams
