As a vital member of our interdisciplinary team, the RN is responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to patients through direct interaction. You will ensure that patients achieve or maintain their highest possible physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being, in compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and organizational standards. Your responsibilities will include assessing patient needs continuously and updating care plans as necessary based on changes in their condition. Additionally, you will provide clinical supervision to CNAs and LPNs on a daily basis.

Education, Experience, and Licensure Requirements
  • Diploma in Nursing (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing)
  • Current licensure/registration in the applicable state. Must maintain an active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing throughout employment.
  • Preferred: One (1) year of experience in skilled nursing
  • CPR certification required upon hire or to be obtained during orientation. Certification must remain current throughout employment.
