CompensationPay Range: $45.75 - $50.35 per hour, depending on experience.
ScheduleFull-time: Monday to Friday, 8-hour shifts.
Note: This position involves travel between patient residences.

- Must hold a valid license or registration as an Occupational Therapist in Colorado.
- Graduated from an Occupational Therapy program accredited by the Council on Medical Education and Hospitals of the American Medical Association and the American Occupational Therapy Association, or eligible for certification by the American Occupational Therapy Association.
- A minimum of one year of experience as an Occupational Therapist.
- Possess a valid driver’s license, proof of insurance, and reliable transportation.
- Assess clients and deliver Occupational Therapy based on the attending physician's written orders.
- Oversee and guide Occupational Therapy assistants and rehabilitation aides in client care and related activities.
- Plan, implement, coordinate, and evaluate the Occupational Therapy services provided by the department (including scheduling, transportation, filing, and mailing).
- Perform additional duties or special tasks as assigned by the Director of Clinical Services.
- Adhere to the Occupational Therapy Practice Act in the state.
Our organization is a Medicare/Medicaid-certified home health care agency located in Montrose, CO. We have a dedicated team of nurses, rehabilitation therapists, and home health aides focused on delivering personalized healthcare with compassion and empathy. We specialize in caring for older adults, providing in-home health services across Delta, Montrose, and Ouray counties.
