Salary Range: $75,000 - $100,000 per year

Location: Crawfordville, Florida

Sign-On Bonus: Up to $15,000 available

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

  • Assess patients' medical histories.
  • Deliver exceptional one-on-one care, averaging 40 minutes per patient.
  • Diagnose patients by observing their movements and addressing their concerns.
  • Create personalized treatment plans with clear objectives and anticipated outcomes.
  • Employ exercises, stretching techniques, equipment, and hands-on manual therapy to alleviate pain, enhance mobility, and prevent future injuries.
  • Document patient progress and adjust care plans as necessary.
Qualifications
  • Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from an accredited institution.
  • Current Florida PT license or eligibility for licensure.
  • A strong passion for patient-centered, evidence-based care.
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach.
  • A commitment to ongoing learning and professional development.
