In this role, you will lead a dedicated team of 40-50 production associates, guiding them to achieve top-tier results in safety, quality, and productivity. Shifts Available:
- Monday – Thursday 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM
- Monday – Thursday 6:00 PM-4:30 AM
- Friday, Saturday, Sunday 6:00 AM-6:30 PM

Responsibilities
- Lead all operations within the Press Department across multiple shifts.
- Develop, coach, and mentor Assistant Managers, Supervisors, Team Leads, and production associates.
- Drive departmental performance through KPI management and continuous improvement initiatives, including Kaizen and other lean manufacturing practices.
- Establish and monitor production goals, efficiency targets, scrap reduction initiatives, SPM, and other key operational metrics.
- Identify safety concerns, production challenges, and delivery risks while implementing effective corrective actions.
- Collaborate with senior leadership, Human Resources, Quality, Maintenance, and other cross-functional teams to achieve operational objectives.
- Evaluate leadership performance and identify training and professional development opportunities.
- Prepare and present operational updates, performance metrics, and improvement initiatives to senior leadership.
- Foster a culture centered on safety, quality, accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies, safety regulations, and quality standards.
