We’re hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who wants work-life balance, collaborative multidisciplinary support, and a supportive environment focused on play-based pediatric care.
\nYou’ll step into an outpatient role focused on child-led ABA therapy, conducting assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, and supervising RBTs. You’ll work alongside Speech, OT, and PT providers while maintaining clinical autonomy and collaborating with a supportive multidisciplinary team.
\nYou’ll practice in Liberty, MO, with convenient access to Kansas City metro amenities, local parks, and a close-knit community.

Compensation & Benefits
\n• Base salary: $85,000–$87,350 annually
