Title: Clinic Director/Physical Therapist

Employment Type: Full-time

Annual Salary: $85,000 - $110,000

Location: Tallahassee, Florida

Sign-on Bonus: Up to $15,000 available

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will achieve success by:

  • Assessing patients' medical histories.
  • Delivering exceptional one-on-one care, averaging 40 minutes per patient.
  • Diagnosing conditions through observation and patient feedback.
  • Creating tailored treatment plans with specific goals and anticipated outcomes.
  • Employing exercises, stretching, equipment, and manual therapy techniques to alleviate pain, enhance mobility, and prevent future injuries.
  • Documenting patient progress and adjusting care plans as necessary.
Qualifications
  • Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from an accredited institution.
  • Current Florida PT license or eligibility for licensure.
  • Strong dedication to patient-centered, evidence-based care.
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach.
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development and learning.

Compensation and Benefits

Salary: $85,000 - $110,000, including productivity incentives, with additional compensation available for certifications. Our benefits package features generous time off, comprehensive medical, dental, vision, disability insurance, and a 401(k) plan with a 4% employer match.
