In your role as a Registered Nurse with a focus on Med Surg, you will be essential in assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating tailored patient care. You will provide clinical leadership to the patient care team, ensuring that the highest standards of care are upheld during your shifts.

• Evaluate and monitor patient conditions, applying suitable interventions as necessary.
• Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to create and execute personalized care plans.
• Offer clinical leadership and direction to the patient care team.
• Ensure adherence to all healthcare regulations and standards.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar setting.
• Active Illinois nursing license is required.
• Current American Heart Association BLS certification is mandatory.
• ACLS (AHA) certification must be obtained within 30 days of starting.
• Availability for weekend shifts every other weekend is required.
