Part-Time Position - Night Shifts
Key ResponsibilitiesPRIMARY DUTIES:
This role involves overseeing the provision of high-quality nursing care for patients throughout their lifespan, alongside managing operational matters during your shift. You will deliver clinical care as necessary based on patient volume. It is essential to communicate any patient care updates, departmental challenges, and staff issues to the relevant leadership. Additionally, you will act as a resource for staff, offering guidance and support.
ESSENTIAL EDUCATION:
Completion of an accredited nursing program is required.
ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE:
A minimum of one year of nursing experience in a hospital environment is necessary.
LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
A valid Registered Nurse license in the State of Georgia or a current NLC/eNLC Multistate License is mandatory. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is also required.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Having two or more years of nursing experience in a hospital setting is advantageous. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred, along with advanced certification in your specialty area, if applicable. Proven clinical competency is also desired.
This position requires working night shifts on a part-time basis.
