Job Description
The Nurse Practitioner utilizes advanced education and clinical expertise to ensure optimal outcomes for patients. This role involves addressing a wide range of issues, from moderate to complex, and focuses on health promotion and maintenance through the diagnosis and treatment of both acute and chronic conditions. Responsibilities include prescribing medications, conducting patient examinations, diagnosing illnesses, and providing appropriate treatments. Additionally, the Nurse Practitioner collaborates with executives to formulate functional strategies on significant matters, often tailored to specific segments. This position requires independent judgment and decision-making on intricate issues related to job responsibilities, operating with minimal supervision while analyzing various factors to determine the best course of action.

- At least 8 years of technical experience
- A minimum of 2 years in project leadership roles
- Active and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner/PA license in the relevant state
- This position involves direct patient interaction and is part of our Tuberculosis (TB) screening program. Candidates selected for this role will need to undergo TB screening.
- A strong passion for enhancing consumer experiences within the organization
- Willingness to participate in limited on-call coverage via phone
- Master’s degree in Nursing or Physician Assistant studies

Compensation RangeThe salary range provided below represents a good faith estimate of the starting base pay for full-time employment (40 hours per week) at the time of this posting. Actual pay may vary based on geographic location and individual qualifications, including skills, knowledge, experience, education, and certifications.
$123,800 - $170,300 per year
This position is eligible for a bonus incentive plan, which is contingent upon both company and individual performance.
