Job Title: Repair Technician I
Type of Role: Contract to Hire
Shift / Hours: Monday - Friday, 9am - 5:30pm
Location: Campbell, CA
Hourly Range: $25 - $28/hr
Role and Responsibilities:
- Test server components to meet our qualified testing standards.
- Flashing of firmware on parts including motherboard, add-on cards, and storage devices.
- Diagnose defective servers and components to discover the root cause of issues.
- Assemble and disassemble hardware components.
- Communicate with multiple departments.
Skills and Experience:
- Familiarity with Spreadsheets, data entry, and formulas
- Ability to research and self-diagnose issues
- Understanding of computer components and accessories
- Ability to work various shifts, weekends, and overtime if needed
- Understanding of computer components and accessories
- Need to understand how to document and use excel spreadsheet
