CA - NP contract need in Mountain View - August 31-November 6

Client seeks Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for contract assignment starting August 31-November 6 at their onsite Corporate Health Center in Mountain View, CA. Provider will see employees ages 18+ for Primary Care, acute episodic care, follow-up visits, travel medicine, prescription management, referral to specialists, short-term disability leave requests, and annual physicals including well woman. Hours are Monday-Thursday 8:00am-5:00pm with a 60-minute lunch break from 12-1pm. Provider must be Board Certified and must have 2+ years of recent clinical experience in a Primary Care setting as well as Women's Health experience to be considered for this assignment. Assignment has possibility of extension.\n
