\n Material Handler - Reach Truck Operator Responsibilities:\n
\n
    \n
  • \n
    \n Safely operate a reach truck/forklift throughout the shift\n
  • \n
  • \n
    \n Unload incoming trucks and verify materials received\n
  • \n
  • \n
    \n Move raw materials and finished goods throughout the facility\n
  • \n
  • \n
    \n Load materials onto production machinery to support manufacturing operations\n
  • \n
  • \n
    \n Supply machines with materials to maintain production flow\n
  • \n
  • \n
    \n Assist machine operators and production teams as needed\n
  • \n
  • \n
    \n Follow all safety, quality, and inventory control procedures\n
  • \n
  • \n
    \n Maintain a clean and organized work area\n
  • \n
\n
\n What to Expect:\n

\n Material Handlers rotate between Receiving and Machine Support functions.\n
\n
\n Receiving Duties\n
\n
    \n
  • \n
    \n Unload incoming trucks using a forklift\n
  • \n
  • \n
    \n Work efficiently to unload shipments within required timelines\n
  • \n
  • \n
    \n Truck volume can vary from 1-2 trucks per day to as many as 8 trucks per day\n
  • \n
  • \n
    \n During slower receiving periods, assist production operations on the manufacturing floor\n
  • \n
\n
\n Machine Support Duties\n
\n
    \n
  • \n
    \n Load materials onto production equipment\n
  • \n
  • \n
    \n Keep machines supplied with materials throughout production runs\n
  • \n
  • \n
    \n Spend the majority of the shift operating a forklift to support machine operations\n
  • \n
\n
\n Material Handlers typically begin training in the receiving department and progress to machine support responsibilities after demonstrating proficiency and safe equipment operation.\n
\n
\n Material Handler - Reach Truck Operator Requirements:\n
\n
    \n
  • \n
    \n Minimum 2 years of recent full-time forklift/reach truck experience \n
  • \n
  • \n
    \n Previous experience in a manufacturing, warehouse, or production environment preferred\n
  • \n
  • \n
    \n Proven ability to safely operate forklifts for the majority of a work shift\n
  • \n
  • \n
    \n Ability to lift up to 50 lbs with or without accommodation\n
  • \n
  • \n
    \n Comfortable standing, walking, and working in a fast-paced environment throughout the shift\n
  • \n
  • \n
    \n Strong attention to safety and detail\n
  • \n
  • \n
    \n Reliable attendance and transportation required\n
  • \n

\n Schedule: Day Shift\n

    \n Monday: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM\n
  • \n
  • \n
    \n Tuesday: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM\n
  • \n
  • \n
    \n Wednesday: 5:00 AM - 2:30 PM\n
  • \n
  • \n
    \n Thursday: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM\n
  • \n
  • \n
    \n Friday: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM\n

\n Pay:\n

\n $20.00/hr\n
