The RN will be responsible for conducting assessments, administering medications, and delivering specialized nursing care related to wound management and rehabilitation. Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough assessments of residents' health and needs.
- Administer medications as prescribed and monitor their effects.

- Supervise and guide support staff in delivering high-quality care.
- Maintain precise electronic medical records (EMR) documentation.
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
