Key Responsibilities

• Contribute to a dynamic consultation service at our medical center and outpatient clinics.
• Provide both outpatient and inpatient care at the Riverside University Health System Medical Center in Moreno Valley.
• Share inpatient responsibilities with fellow physicians while we expand our division to lessen individual call requirements.
• Collaborate with a nurse practitioner and benefit from excellent support staff for prior authorizations and documentation.

• Interest in engaging with fellows, residents, and students on a weekly basis.

Working Conditions

The Rheumatology Division currently consists of 5.5 faculty members, with plans to expand to 9 full-time positions. We prioritize faculty development and physician wellness, offering various programs such as:

Compensation

The starting base salary for this position ranges from $300,000 to $330,000, adjusted based on experience and faculty rank. This figure does not include variable compensation or additional productivity incentives, which will be discussed during the recruitment process.
