A professional insurance organization in West Nashville is seeking a Switchboard Receptionist for a full-time temp-to-hire opportunity. This is a high call volume reception role focused heavily on answering, routing, and managing inbound calls through a multiline phone system, rather than a traditional front desk-only position.

Key Responsibilities
- Answer and route a high volume of inbound calls using a multiline phone system.
- Direct clients, customers, and callers to the appropriate departments or team members.
- Provide professional assistance by answering basic client questions and ensuring a positive first impression.
- Greet customers, visitors, and guests in a courteous and professional manner.
- Perform administrative tasks, including Excel functions such as mail merge.
- Support daily office operations to help ensure the business runs efficiently.
Compensation and Benefits
- Pay rate: $18 per hour.
- Job type: Temp-to-hire, full-time.
- Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM or 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
- Location: Nashville, TN, West Nashville off Charlotte Pike.
