Job Description
Oversee Fire Sprinkler Systems installation/service for all types of new and existing projects.
\n
\n ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
\n
Oversee all fire sprinkler projects.
\n Manage job cost and project scheduling.
\n Work with designers to get designs completed and submitted including job surveys.
\n Follow up and manage permits for projects.
\n Report weekly to the GM with project updates.
\n Oversee the Fire Sprinkler superintendent.
\n Coordinate and process contract job change orders.
\n Understand design & Layout of Fire Sprinkler Systems
\n Coordination for installation between trades
\n Managing cost and understanding budgets
\n REQUIRED EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS:
General Sprinkler knowledge
\n Experience in Fire Sprinkler Installation or Design
\n Excellent verbal and written communication skills
\n
\n SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
\n
Oversee installation labor on assigned projects.
