• Deliver advanced neonatal care across various NICU environments within a regional network
• Provide services at three main facilities:
  • Level IIIB NICU at a major hospital (49 beds)
  • Level IIIA NICU at a secondary location (15 beds)
  • Level II NICU with well-baby coverage at another site
• Care for critically ill and premature infants in Level II-III NICUs
• Engage in in-house coverage shifts, including both 12-hour and 24-hour options
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including neonatologists and maternal-fetal medicine specialists
• Provide support for well-baby nursery coverage as required
• Oversee admissions, daily care, and stabilization of neonates
• Respond to neonatal emergencies and facilitate transfers within the healthcare system
• Uphold high standards for clinical documentation and patient safety
