Working Environment
The Woodland Hills/Ventura County region is characterized by its geographical diversity, stretching from the San Fernando Valley north of Los Angeles to Ventura County along the Pacific coastline. This area combines the urban/suburban atmosphere of the Woodland Hills Medical Center with the unique bi-cultural, small-town charm of the Ventura County medical office. Central to our mission is a culture of collaboration and teamwork among our medical staff, a high level of physician engagement, and a commitment to an advanced care model. The presence of a family medicine residency program at the medical center adds an academic dimension. We emphasize wellness and community interaction through formal and informal gatherings, potlucks, and various social events. A comprehensive onboarding program ensures that new team members can seamlessly integrate both professionally and personally, fostering lasting relationships and enhancing the collegial atmosphere.
