Travel and Events Administrative Assistant
Job Description
This position is responsible for assisting in the promotion, coordination, and support of customer, dealer, and employee meetings and incentive trips. This is a full-time role with standard operating hours from 7:30 am – 5:00 pm. This position will work from Beck’s corporate office in Atlanta, IN (not a remote or partial remote position).

Responsibilities
\n- \n
- Verify accuracy of received trip registrations via the Travel and Events database systems \n
- Validate trip registration, qualification, and attendance \n
- Ensure smooth registration processes by timely preparing registration materials \n
- Help create and maintain event management software for multiple events and trips \n
- Assist in the planning, organizing, and logistics of all Beck’s events \n
- Assist in event and room scheduling via applicable software system \n
- Participate in Travel and Events projects \n
- Engage in all stages of preparation, addressing, and dispatching mailings (both physical and digital) \n
- Take part in the setup and tear down at events and field shows \n
- Order, announce and distribute of appropriate gifts, memorials and flowers for customers, dealers and employees in honor of graduations, births and bereavements. \n
- Help conduct Travel and Events training for new employees and dealers \n
- Perform other related duties as may be required by the Travel and Events Manager \n
Job Requirements
\nEducation and training:
\n- \n
- \n
Training in customer service, event planning, or other related field is encouraged
\n - \n
Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license and insurable driving record as determined by Beck’s automobile policy
\n
Technical Requirements:

- Basic computer and current software skills \n
- Strong organizational skills \n
- Excel in providing meaningful customer service over the phone \n
Experience:

Minimum three (3) years’ experience in support role

Previous experience demonstrating organizational skills
