Job Description:

The Clinical Care Coordinator II demonstrates the competency to provide patient care according to the age-specific population needs and assist in the management of patient care in the physician office setting under the direct supervision of a provider.

Responsibilities/ Job Duties:

• Rooming and triage

• Chart Prepping
• Gathering images for doctors
• Handling referrals
• Vitals
• Medications and refills
• Phones
• Calling back Patients
• Office station workflows
• Prior Authorizations

Minimum Education and Experience Requirements:

• AHA BLS
• Florida LPN License
• HS Diploma/GED

Schedule/ Shift: Monday-Friday 8:00AM-5:00PM
