Job Description:
The Clinical Care Coordinator II demonstrates the competency to provide patient care according to the age-specific population needs and assist in the management of patient care in the physician office setting under the direct supervision of a provider.
Responsibilities/ Job Duties:
Rooming and triage
- Chart Prepping
- Gathering images for doctors
- Handling referrals
- Vitals
- Medications and refills
- Phones
- Calling back Patients
- Office station workflows
- Prior Authorizations
Minimum Education and Experience Requirements:
- AHA BLS
- Florida LPN License
- HS Diploma/GED
Schedule/ Shift: Monday-Friday 8:00AM-5:00PM
