Key Responsibilities

The staff nurse plays a crucial role in delivering nursing care to patients across all stages of life. This includes:

• Utilizing nursing processes to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Adhering to the organization's policies and procedures while demonstrating professional growth and accountability.
• Maintaining high standards of practice and coordinating care activities among all assigned staff to ensure quality nursing services.

QualificationsMinimum Education

• Completion of an accredited nursing program.

Minimum Experience

• New graduates from nursing programs are encouraged to apply.

Licensure and Certification

• Must hold a current Registered Nurse license in the State of Georgia or possess an NLC/eNLC multistate license.
• BLS certification is mandatory.

Additional Qualifications

• Advanced certification in a relevant specialty is preferred.
• A Bachelor’s degree is desirable.
• Experience in a hospital setting is advantageous.
