Pay & Schedule Perks: • Salary: $65,000 – $75,000/year (based on experience) • Schedule: Full-Time | Monday – Friday, Day Shift (Keep your weekends free!)

Responsibilities

  • Assist customers by phone with technical support and troubleshooting.

  • Diagnose automotive and drivetrain concerns using customer-provided information.

  • Provide accurate repair recommendations and technical guidance.

  • Work closely with customers while keeping our companies’ best interests in mind.

  • Be part of a team dedicated to providing outstanding customer support.

  • ASE Certification / 3+ years of automotive diagnostic and troubleshooting experience.
