Start Date: ASAP - Ongoing
Schedule: Monday to Friday with shifts of 8 hours (6:30 AM - 3:00 PM) and 10 hours (6:30 AM - 5:00 PM)
Note: Candidates must be available for at least 2 weeks per month (40 hours per week).
No on-call duties. No weekend shifts.
Credentialing Timeline: Approximately 60 days
Job Overview:
Work Environment: Inpatient and Outpatient settings
Patient Load per Provider: 1-8 cases daily; the pediatric case percentage may vary from none to all pediatric cases (Patients aged 0-99 years). Note that locum providers typically do not handle NICU cases for infants under 6 months.
Providers must be proficient in pediatric care and comfortable with cases in the Donor Care unit (both pediatric and adult patients). Areas of focus include Adult Orthopedics, GYN/ONC, Urology, Complex Spine, Ophthalmology, Plastics, and specific pediatric specialties such as Pediatric Cath Lab, Pediatric ENT, Pediatric General Surgery, Pediatric Urology, Pediatric BMT, and Pediatric Oculoplastic.
Support Staff: Hospital nursing personnel
Electronic Medical Records: EPIC
Team Care Approach: Medically supervised with strong collaborative relationships with physicians who trust the CRNAs' skills.
Client Requirement: A minimum of 1 year of experience is required (2 years or more preferred). Licensing candidates are welcome to apply.
All travel expenses, accommodation, and malpractice insurance will be provided.
