Key Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and oversight to the Labor & Delivery team during night shifts.
• Ensure compliance with clinical protocols and safety regulations.
• Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes.
• Maintain precise and timely documentation.
• Engage in staff training and professional development.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a relevant setting.
• At least 2 years of supervisory experience is required.
• Experience as a Charge Nurse is mandatory.
• Certifications needed: NRP, ACLS, BLS, and AWHONN Advanced Fetal Monitoring obtained within the last 2 years.

Working Conditions

This position involves working night shifts and requires the ability to manage a dynamic and sometimes high-pressure environment.
