Job Description
Baptist Primary Care is seeking an experienced, board-certified Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician to serve as Medical Director and Chief Attending Physician at River Garden in Jacksonville, Florida.
\nThis full-time opportunity combines clinical practice with meaningful physician leadership. You will oversee the quality and delivery of care provided to patients and residents while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to strengthen clinical performance, safety, and patient outcomes.
\nWith an average daily volume of 10–15 patients and light call responsibilities, this position offers a rewarding balance of leadership and direct patient care.

- MD or DO degree \n
- Board certification in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine \n
- Active, unrestricted medical license or eligibility for Florida licensure \n
- Current DEA registration \n
- Five or more years of clinical experience \n
- Experience caring for geriatric patients \n
- Long-term care experience preferred \n
- Strong leadership and organizational skills \n
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities \n
