Monday - Sunday ( 5 days a week) | 11am - 8:30pm | $20.25/hr

• Overtime possible based on business needs

Retail Sales Worker Requirements

• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to provide friendly and professional assistance to guests
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift
• Ability to accurately stock, organize, and inventory merchandise
• Ability to maintain a clean and organized retail environment
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Dependable attendance and punctuality
• Previous retail, cashier, customer service, or stocking experience preferred

About the Retail Sales Worker Role

As a Retail Sales Worker, your responsibilities will include:

• Providing friendly and professional customer service to guests
• Assisting customers with questions, merchandise, and general retail needs
• Stocking shelves, displays, and other retail areas with merchandise
• Monitoring and maintaining accurate product inventory
• Organizing merchandise and ensuring products are properly displayed
• Processing customer purchases and sales transactions as assigned
• Maintaining the overall appearance and cleanliness of the retail location
• Restocking merchandise throughout the shift to maintain product availability
• Following cash-handling and point-of-sale procedures when applicable
• Supporting opening, closing, and general retail operations as needed
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for guests
• Working collaboratively with team members to provide an excellent customer experience
• Performing additional retail and customer service duties based on business needs
