What You’ll Do

- Assist clients with policy questions, billing, and coverage details
\n - Support sales agents with applications, endorsements, and policy changes
\n - Process quotes and service requests accurately and efficiently
\n - Deliver policies and conduct follow-ups as needed
\n - Maintain detailed and compliant client records
\n - Provide professional service via phone and email\n \n
Requirements

- Active Florida 4-40 (required)
\n - 1–2+ years of insurance customer service or related experience
\n - Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
\n - Strong communication and organizational skills
\n - Detail-oriented and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
