Exciting Opportunity with PDS Tech Commercial: Call Center Representative for an HVAC Manufacturer with Customer Service Expertise!

Location: East Syracuse, NY | Pay Rate: $19/hr ($20/hr Bilingual Spanish) | Schedule: Mon-Fri (8am - 5pm)

PDS Tech Commercial is partnering with a leader in the HVAC manufacturing industry to find a detail-oriented, customer-focused Warranty Admin Clerk to join our Customer Care Center in Syracuse, New York. About the Role & Its Impact

As a Warranty Admin Clerk, you’ll play a critical role in supporting homeowners, dealers, and distributors before and after the sale. Your work ensures warranty claims are processed accurately, customers receive clear guidance, and our distributor network stays informed—helping keep homes comfortable and customers confident in their HVAC products.


What You’ll Do Day to Day

  • Support our Distributor Network with warranty-related inquiries

  • Communicate warranty coverage updates to distributors and internal teams

  • Provide homeowners with clear and accurate warranty information

  • Receive and manage calls from homeowners, dealers, and distributors (up to 40 calls per day)

  • Ensure product model and serial numbers are correctly loaded into company systems

  • Process escalated warranty claim exceptions

  • Communicate via email and telephone with Distributor Warranty Administrators

  • Accurately document all customer interactions in a CRM system

  • Provide administrative support to Senior Warranty Admin staff and management as needed


Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Experience capturing customer interactions in a CRM system (Salesforce experience a plus)

  • Strong dependability and work ethic

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel

  • Comfortable navigating multiple systems, monitors, and browser tabs

  • Strong data entry skills with a high level of attention to detail

  • Ability to multitask, follow standard work instructions, and take direction from multiple sources


Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior call center or customer care experience

  • Warranty, HVAC, or manufacturing industry exposure

  • Experience handling escalated customer issues

Pay Details: $19.00 to $20.00 per hour
