Maintenance Mechanic

Location: Lewisville, TX 75057
Pay: $22/hour
Schedule: 2:00 AM End of Production
Start time may vary between 2:00 AM, 4:00 AM, or 6:00 AM depending on production needs.

We are seeking a Maintenance Technician to support daily production operations by maintaining, troubleshooting, and assisting with machinery and equipment in a plant environment. The ideal candidate is technically oriented, comfortable working around machinery, and able to respond effectively to maintenance needs in a fast-paced production setting.

• Perform maintenance and troubleshooting on production machinery and equipment.

• Support daily plant operations and help minimize equipment downtime.

• Identify problems, gather information, establish facts, and determine effective solutions.

• Work on multiple projects and maintenance tasks while meeting deadlines.

• Communicate effectively with employees at all levels of the organization as well as outside vendors or service providers.

• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean and organized work environment.

• Assist with preventative maintenance and general equipment upkeep as needed.

• Technically oriented with the ability to work comfortably around machinery and in a plant environment.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.

• Ability to work well under pressure while managing multiple projects and deadlines.

• Cooling Tower experience is a plus.

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work flexible early-morning start times based on production needs.

• Get weekends off

• Sort and dismantle electronics

• Lift to 65- 75 lbs of products such as TVs, monitors, and Computers consistently.

• Perform general labor duties as required

• Move items around warehouse

• Carefully handle fragile merchandise

• Tag and label merchandise

• Categorize and label merchandise according to size, shape, and type

• Record and manage all impaired or damaged merchandise items

• Day Shift, 6 AM to 2:30 PM

• Monday - Friday

• Warehouse Associate experience preferred

• Must pass a pre-employment drug screen

• Must pass a background check

• Solid work history that demonstrates reliability

• Able to work on your feet for 8-hour shifts and lift 50 or morepoundsregularly

• Basic computer skills for maintaining inventory logs anddatabases

• Excellent attendance with a stable work history

• Able to work as an active member of a team

• Excellent interpersonal skills and communication with all levels of management

• Able to move items around warehouse
