Per Diem Pharmacist - Temporary September Coverage
West Bend, Wisconsin
A well-established pharmacy located within a senior living community is seeking a Wisconsin-licensed Pharmacist to provide coverage for a medical leave during the month of September. Whether you're a new pharmacy graduate looking to gain experience or a semi-retired pharmacist seeking a short-term assignment, we'd love to hear from you.
Position Highlights
- Monday-Friday schedule
- No overnight shifts
- Supportive technician staff
- Training provided on pharmacy software
- Flexible September start and end dates
Responsibilities
- Review and verify prescription orders
- Complete final pharmacist checks
- Process prescription-related data entry
- Ensure compliance with all pharmacy regulations
- Provide occasional patient counseling
- Assist with daily pharmacy opening or closing procedures
Work Schedule
- Preferred Shift: 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM
- Alternate Shift Available: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
What We're Looking For
- Active Wisconsin Pharmacist (RPh) license
- Clean licensure history
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Open to pharmacists from retail, outpatient, community, or long-term care settings
- New graduates encouraged to apply
