We’re looking for mechanically minded people who enjoy troubleshooting, paying attention to the details, and learning how production equipment really works.

This is an opportunity to become an Extrusion Machine Operator with a well-established manufacturing operation in the Rogers area.

Day and night shift opportunities are available.

As an Extrusion Operator, you'll learn how to operate equipment that produces plastic material used in the manufacturing process. You'll monitor and adjust things like machine speed, temperature, pressure, and winder speed to make sure the material coming off the line meets quality standards.

In other words, you're not just watching a machine run. You're learning how to control the process.

What You'll Be Doing

You'll be trained to:

  • Safely operate plastic extrusion equipment
  • Monitor production and product quality
  • Adjust machine settings for different production jobs
  • Perform quality inspections and testing
  • Troubleshoot the production line when something isn't running correctly
  • Respond quickly to machine alarms and signals
  • Complete production paperwork and computer entries
  • Label finished products correctly
  • Learn related equipment throughout the department
  • Keep your equipment and work area clean, organized, and safe
  • Work with your team to keep production on schedule

Skills and Experience:

You Might Be Our Person If...

You’re someone who notices when something sounds, looks, or feels a little “off” and wants to figure out why.

We're looking for people who:

  • Have 1–3 years of manufacturing, machine operation, production, or similar experience
  • Are mechanically inclined and comfortable around equipment
  • Can troubleshoot and think through problems
  • Have basic reading, writing, and math skills
  • Are comfortable using computers
  • Can manage multiple responsibilities
  • Pay attention to quality and small details
  • Can stand, walk, and bend frequently throughout the shift
  • Can push, pull, and lift more than 30 lbs.
  • Have good hand-eye coordination
  • Take safety seriously
  • Want to learn a skill they can continue building
