We’re looking for dependable, hands-on people to join a well-established manufacturing operation in the Rogers area as Pack Out Teammates.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working as part of a team, likes learning how a production operation works, and wants more responsibility than simply standing in one spot all day.

Day and night shift opportunities are available. Shifts are 12 hours.

What Does Pack Out Actually Do?

Think of Pack Out as one of the final checkpoints in the production process. You'll help make sure products are packaged correctly, quality standards are met, and finished jobs keep moving where they need to go.

You'll learn how to:

  • Package finished products according to customer requirements
  • Operate hoists, conveyors, and other production equipment
  • Perform and document quality checks
  • Read packaging instructions and production paperwork
  • Print pallet labels and complete required documentation
  • Recognize equipment issues and involve maintenance when needed
  • Communicate with leads and other teammates to keep production moving
  • Help set the next shift up for success
  • Maintain a clean and safe work area
