Compensation and Incentives

Enjoy an impressive earning potential ranging from $750,000 to $800,000, along with a generous recruitment incentive of $50,000.

About Our Gastroenterology Team
  • Flexible Scheduling: Choose between a 7 on/7 off schedule or customize your own, such as working 7 or 14 days consecutively.
  • Established Team: Collaborate with 4 skilled physicians and 6 advanced practitioners, supported by inpatient APPs available every day of the week.
  • Advanced Technology: Utilize EPIC EMR and Provation for a streamlined endoscopy workflow, along with Olympus 190 scopes and the latest GI technology.
  • Specialized Support: Benefit from experienced GI nursing and endoscopy tech staff dedicated to procedural support.
  • Academic Opportunities: Engage in teaching at the Alice Walton School of Medicine, our primary teaching partner, and contribute to our Internal Medicine residency program in collaboration with UAMS.
  • ERCP Expertise Required: This role is ideal for physicians with advanced procedural skills.
