- The Sales/Client Representative assists in developing and executing regional strategic marketing and sales business decisions that result in the development of a new customer base as well as servicing and maintaining current customer partnerships that result in increased revenues, business expansion, and increased profitability. This role grows the business in a defined territory while actively selling to many different customer segments. The Sales/Client Representative works in a fast-paced environment, closing deals with resilience and persistence. \n
Duties and Responsibilities:

- Manage a regional sales pipeline from early opportunity lead prospecting, proposal development, contract negotiations, to contract closing. \n
- Communicate proactively with internal and external decision makers and influencers \n
- Cultivate, nurture, and maintain relationships and expectations with prospects and key customer decision makers. \n
- Collaborate with experienced and highly skilled team members to drive sales opportunities \n
- Plan daily to effectively qualify and close business opportunities to achieve individual and regional sales goals \n
- Create and present compelling customer-centric proposals \n
Education and Experience:
\n- \n
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience in the landscape construction industry \n
- Experience in the service industry with commercial contract sales \n
- Extensive face-to-face selling experience at mid-to-senior levels \n
- Proven track record of sales goal attainment \n
- Capability of managing multiple projects and being able to multitask in a large territory \n
- Excellent presentation skills \n
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and demonstrated ability to create customer value-based proposals \n
- Proficient with computer programs, including MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint \n
- Experience prospecting/hunting and qualifying new business opportunities \n
- High-level of energy, commitment, and results-driven salesperson \n
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team-selling environment \n
- Creative and innovative thinking; resilient and persistent in closing deals \n
Physical Demands/Requirements:

- Constant operation of a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, photocopier, and computer printer \n
- Position is sedentary; must be able to remain in a stationary position for a majority of the time \n
- Ability to maintain, in your possession at all times, required medications to address any known allergic reactions should they occur. \n

- This role will either be remote or be based in an office environment. \n

\nCompensation Pay Range:
\n$70,304 - $90,000 + Commission
\nBrightView offers a suite or health, wellness, and financial benefits to full-time team members.
