Locum Tenens NP - Family Practice Job in CA

Our organization is dedicated to streamlining the locum tenens process. • Full-time schedule: 5 days a week with 8-hour shifts
• One evening shift per week from 12 PM to 9 PM
• Required to work one weekend day (Saturday or Sunday) each month
• Manage a patient load of 20 to 24 during an 8-hour shift; 25 to 27 during a 9-hour shift
• Provide care in a family practice clinic focusing on primary, preventive, and same-day services
• Serve a diverse patient demographic, including pediatric, adult, and women's health
• Primarily cater to a Spanish-speaking, agricultural community
• Opportunities for vacation and CME coverage shifts

Hourly rates range from $70.00 to $90.00. These figures are estimates and can vary based on several factors, including the urgency of the position, your experience and qualifications, and other considerations.
