• Schedule: Full-time, five days a week with 8-hour shifts
• Evening Shift: One evening per week from 12 PM to 9 PM
• Weekend Requirement: One Saturday or Sunday each month
• Alternative Schedule: Option to work four 9-hour shifts weekly
• Patient Load: 20-24 patients per 8-hour shift; 25-27 patients per 9-hour shift
• Care Focus: Primary care for pediatric, adult, and women's health across all age groups
• Community: Primarily serving Spanish-speaking, farm-working families
• Procedures: Office-based procedures are required
