Oven Operator

• Operate heat-treatment ovens and production equipment
• Follow instructions for temperature, speed, and equipment settings
• Inspect products for quality
• Load, unload, label, and document materials
• Complete production records accurately
• Perform routine equipment cleaning and basic maintenance
• Report equipment or production issues
• Maintain a clean and safe work area

• No previous manufacturing experience required
• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Reliable and safety-focused
• Comfortable working 12-hour shifts
• Ability to stand and walk for most of the shift
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable bending, reaching, and climbing stairs
• Able to follow instructions and work as part of a team
• Forklift experience is a plus
