\n With over 26 years of industry experience and a nationally recognized brand, we are expanding our team and looking for motivated In-Home Sales Representatives to serve homeowners throughout Nassau County, Suffolk County, Queens, and Brooklyn.

About the Role

As an In-Home Sales Representative, you will meet with pre-qualified homeowners, understand their remodeling goals, present customized bath solutions, and guide customers through the buying process.
\n This is a high-impact sales opportunity for a confident communicator who enjoys building relationships, presenting solutions, and closing deals.

Responsibilities

\n
• Conduct professional in-home consultations with qualified homeowners.
\n
• Use our iPad-based sales system to create customized bath designs.
\n
• Present remodeling solutions that meet customer needs and budgets.
\n
• Provide accurate pricing and close sales.
\n
• Maintain customer information and follow up through company systems.
\n
• Participate in weekly sales training to improve performance.
\n

Qualifications

\n
• Strong communication, presentation, and closing skills.
\n
• Previous in-home sales or home improvement experience preferred.
\n
• Remodeling, roofing, windows, siding, kitchen, flooring, or other high-ticket sales experience is a plus.
\n
• Confident, motivated, and goal-oriented.
\n
• Professional appearance and outstanding customer service skills.
\n
• Reliable transportation and the ability to travel throughout Nassau County, Suffolk County, Queens, and Brooklyn.
