LHH Recruitment Solutions, in partnership with a law firm in Boston, is seeking an experienced Litigation Legal Assistant to join their team.

This position is hybrid - one day remote.

The firm offers a collaborative environment, complex work, and great benefits.

Responsibilities:

· Assisting attorneys with litigation support

· Drafting and filing legal documents

· Managing calendars

· Maintaining files

· Handling ECF filings and Rule 9A matters

· Corresponding with clients

· Tracking deadlines and calendaring

· Sending out bills and statements

Requirements:

· 5+ years of recent litigation legal assistant experience

· Strong MS Office knowledge

· Excellent communication skills

· Great time management skills

· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

The anticipated salary range for this position is between $87,000-$92,000 per year, depending on relevant experience.

Benefit offerings include health insurance (covered by firm), dental, additional voluntary benefits, 401K plan.

Pay Details: $87,000.00 to $92,000.00 per year
