Locum Tenens NP - Orthopedic Surgery Job Opportunity in CA

Join Our Team as an Inpatient Orthopedic/Spine Provider

Job Responsibilities

• Work a rotating schedule of 4 days per week, with 10-hour shifts from Monday to Sunday.
• Manage a patient load of 10 to 12 individuals daily.
• Provide hospital-based inpatient orthopedic and spine services.
• Conduct postoperative assessments and oversee clinical management.
• Engage in discharge planning and coordinate transitions of care.
• Possess experience in interdisciplinary care coordination.
• Commit to approximately 13 weeks of service, with the possibility of extension.

Compensation

Hourly rates range from $85.00 to $113.00. These figures are estimates and may vary based on factors such as the urgency of the position, your experience and qualifications, and other considerations.
