Key Responsibilities

- Provide outpatient individual psychotherapy and treatment planning using a structured, time-limited approach. \n
- Conduct clinical intake assessments. \n
- Provide cross-coverage support as needed across various care levels, including Partial Hospitalization (PHP), Intensive Outpatient (IOP), addiction services, and group therapy. \n
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team to ensure coordinated patient care. \n
- Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation. \n
- Ensure all services meet Department of Behavioral Health (DBH) and Joint Commission accreditation standards. \n

\nQualifications & Requirements

- Education: Minimum of a Masters degree from an accredited college or university in a related field. \n
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience working with adult patients. \n
- Licensure: Active LICSW, LCSW, LCPC, or LPC licensure in any U.S. state is required at the time of hire. \n
- Local Licensing: Must be eligible and willing to obtain a Washington, DC license during the onboarding process (employer support and assistance are provided). \n
- Preferred: Maryland (MD) and Virginia (VA) licensures are a plus, but not required. \n
