Position Details- Schedule: Full-time, five days a week with 8-hour shifts, including one evening shift weekly.
- Evening Shift: 12 PM - 9 PM; one Saturday per month is required.
- Patient Load: 20 - 24 patients during an 8-hour shift; 25 - 27 patients during a 9-hour shift.
- Patient Demographics: Primarily Spanish-speaking, farm-working families, ages 6 months and older.
- Office Procedures: Includes suturing, splinting, IUD placements, and joint injections.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA); experience in family practice and urgent care is advantageous.
- Spanish-speaking abilities are beneficial for effective communication with the patient population.
- Additional evening or Saturday shifts may be required for vacation and leave coverage.

Hourly rates range from $70.00 to $90.00. These figures are estimates and may vary based on factors such as the urgency of the position, your experience and qualifications, and other considerations.
