Location: Mountain Home, AR
Shift: 1st
Schedule: Monday - Friday (overtime as needed)
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance PLC Technician to join a growing maintenance team in Arkansas. This role is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing industrial equipment to ensure optimal production efficiency and minimal downtime.
Key Responsibilities:- Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on manufacturing equipment
- Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
- Diagnose and repair PLC-controlled equipment
- Support continuous improvement and reliability initiatives
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies
- Experience in industrial maintenance within a manufacturing environment
- Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills
- PLC programming and troubleshooting experience is required
- Ability to read and interpret schematics and technical drawings
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
