Job Responsibilities- Full-time position, working 5 days a week with 8-hour shifts, including one evening shift weekly.
- One Saturday per month is mandatory; there is an option for a 4 x 9-hour shift schedule.
- Manage a patient load of 20 to 24 during an 8-hour shift, or 25 to 27 during a 9-hour shift.
- Work in an outpatient family practice clinic, serving as both a primary and float site.
- Engage with a patient demographic primarily consisting of Spanish-speaking, farm-working families, ages 6 months and older.
- Perform office procedures such as suturing, splinting, joint injections, IUD placements, and Pap smears.
- Provide coverage for vacation and continuing medical education (CME) leave for the clinical team.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) is required; experience in family practice and urgent care is preferred.

Compensation: Hourly rates range from $70.00 to $90.00. These figures are estimates and may vary based on factors such as the urgency of the position, your overall experience and qualifications, and other considerations. The rates are all-inclusive, combining base pay with potential earnings from overtime, on-call duties, and holiday pay. Please consult your recruiter for more information.
