Our organization is on the lookout for a talented and enthusiastic Orthopaedic Surgeon to join our well-established team, delivering exceptional general orthopaedic care in a community-oriented environment in Western New York. This role focuses on general orthopaedic surgery, with a preference for expertise in adult reconstruction.

• Collaborative Team: Join two seasoned orthopaedic surgeons at UPMC Chautauqua, recognized as a Center of Excellence for Orthopaedics.
• Support from Advanced Practice Providers: A dedicated team of seven APPs will assist in various settings including the office, operating room, and hospital.
• UPMC Partnership: Benefit from a connection to a broader network of specialists and resources, with UPMC Hamot providing administrative and business support to our practice.
• Technology Integration: Utilize a fully integrated Epic electronic medical record system throughout the health network.
• Strong Referral Network: A robust primary care referral system ensures a steady patient volume and continuity of care.
• Commitment to Advancement: Ongoing investments in robotic assistance and significant upcoming renovations to the operating room, along with recent upgrades in radiology, demonstrate our dedication to enhancing surgical care.

Qualifications:

• MD/DO degree from an accredited medical institution
• Completion of an accredited Orthopaedic Surgery Residency Program
• American Board Eligible or Certified in Orthopaedic Surgery
  • Fellowship training in adult reconstruction is advantageous but not mandatory
• Ability to secure an unrestricted New York Medical License and obtain necessary credentials
• DEA certification required
