Compensation Range: $31.41 - $38.42 per hour

Job Overview:

As a vital member of the surgical team, you will operate under the guidance of a Registered Nurse, collaborating closely with both the surgeon and RN to provide exceptional patient care. You will take on essential responsibilities before, during, and after surgical procedures.

Qualifications:

• Required:
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Completion of an OR Technician training program
  • 2 to 3 years of relevant experience
  • Proficient in scrubbing various service lines, including robotics, vascular, endovascular, neurovascular, general, thoracic, neuro/spine, orthopedics, complex plastic cases, and trauma
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to make calls, demonstrate flexibility, multitask, and work independently

Certifications and Licenses:

• Certified Surgical Technician (required)
• NBSTSA Certification (required)
• Current BLS Healthcare Provider Certification from the American Heart Association (required)

Scheduling Requirements:

• Shift: 7:00 am – 3:00 pm
• Full-Time Position
• Alternating weekends, holidays, and on-call coverage
