Quick Facts: Location: 3635 Vista Avenue, St. Louis, MO 63110 Start Date: 08/17/2026 End Date: 11/16/2026 Shift: Night Shift: 6:00 PM – 7:00 AM (3x12-hour shifts); Day Shift: 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM (may transition to 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM in fall) Hours/week: Varies according to schedule Employment Type: Contract (Ongoing inpatient coverage) License/Certifications: Missouri license required; BLS required; ACLS preferred Experience: 1.5–2 years inpatient Bone Marrow Transplant experience recommended Pay Rate: $100.50/hour Pay & Benefits: Competitive pay packages Weekly pay via direct deposit Comprehensive medical benefits (W-2) Robust referral bonus program Paid sick time in accordance with all applicable laws Licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements when applicable 24/7 dedicated support team committed to your success What You’ll Do: Provide inpatient care for adult patients undergoing bone marrow transplant and cellular therapy Conduct admissions, daily rounds, and discharge planning Perform bone marrow biopsies and stem cell infusions/transfusions Manage transplant and cellular therapy complications (e.g., GVHD, CRS, ICANS) Educate patients and their families about treatment processes and expectations Collaborate with attending physicians and support staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes Document all patient care in Epic EMR system What You Need: Active Missouri state license Board Certification in Nurse Practitioner specialty BLS certification required; ACLS preferred 1.5–2 years of inpatient Bone Marrow Transplant experience Strong clinical judgment and excellent communication skills About the Assignment: This role is based at a leading academic hospital in St. Louis, MO, specializing in hematology and cellular therapy.
