**TRIMMER Position at MIDDLEFIELD Company**
**1st SHIFT working Monday-Friday from 6am-4:30pm
Join our team as a Trimmer and play a vital role in ensuring product perfection!
**Job Functions:**
- Trim the diameter of assemblies and loose products following work instructions.
- Visually inspect complete and loose assemblies for imperfections before trimming.
- Check and document critical dimensions.
- Set up, operate, and maintain trimming equipment.
- Lift and move items weighing up to 50 lbs. during the day.
**Requirements:**
- Experience with hand tools.
- Keen attention to detail.
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs.
- Basic math knowledge.
- General industrial experience preferred.
**Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 6:00 am - 4:30 pm
**Starting Pay:** $19.00 per hour
This is a **temp-to-hire** position, offering a pathway to permanent employment.
